We believe residents and their communities deserve individualized, high-quality care built on relationships. We value quality over quantity. Our focus is not on how many residents we serve, but how well we serve them. Therapists typically have a home community where most of their time is spent, which means less travel and more time to connect one-on-one with seniors.

As Wanda’s mobility issues progressed, she often feared she wouldn’t be able to use her community’s staircase in the event of an emergency. With help from her physical therapist Jason, Wanda is back using the stairs on a daily basis!
This resident moved from a wheelchair to a rollator since arriving in her community thanks to her physical therapy assistant Kim. Much to her family’s delight, she’s now moving at will throughout her community!
Phil has a longstanding tradition of attending his hometown’s Oak Days festival each year with his son. After some recent medical setbacks, Phil set to work with EmpowerMe’s physical therapy team to make sure he would be mobile for the big day. While his son brought a cane, a walker, and a wheelchair with them to the event, Phil didn’t need any assistive devices to enjoy the celebration!
